Stormwater runoff from construction sites often contains heavy metals, pesticides, sediment, oil and grease, and other chemicals used in construction processes. APTA is your Erosion and Sediment Control Plan (ESCP) Coordinator and Certified Water Pollution Plan Preparer (CWPPP). We will conduct thorough site inspections to ensure that your construction site implements the best management practices (BMPs) with technical accuracy and operational effectiveness, in compliance with the State of Hawai‘i Department of Health (DOH) Clean Water Branch (CWB).

APTA also provides services for National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit compliance for both industrial facilities and construction activities. We assist with negotiations related to notices of non-compliance, notices of violation, and stop work orders, ensuring that your site remains in compliance with regulatory requirements.
