Erosion and Sediment Control Plan (ESCP)

As your Erosion and Sediment Control Plan (ESCP) Coordinator, APTA will perform thorough pre-construction inspections to verify that best management practices (BMPs) are correctly implemented. We also conduct regular inspections to assist homeowners in maintaining compliance throughout the construction process. Our highly organized team will meticulously document any necessary repairs and corrective actions. Following project completion, APTA will perform a final inspection to confirm that all disturbed areas have been permanently stabilized and that temporary BMPs have been appropriately removed.

Inspection frequency will be tailored to the project type, ensuring ongoing regulatory compliance. However, we take pride in our responsiveness and remain available throughout the entire process to address any questions or provide clarifications.
